What the role looks like:

  • Automate configuration management and deployment of applications using the best practices of CI/CD
  • Create Jenkins pipelines, and monitor and improve existing ones
  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Refactor login to improve code quality
  • Build and implement creative solutions to operational problems, including optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure
  • Support and enhance production-like environment to ensure integrated products have reliability, observability and maintainability required for customer deployment
  • Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • Keep up to date with best security practices and perform vulnerability assessment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or closely related field
  • Experience in software development for at least 2 years
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Infrastructure management and DevOps experience
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub
  • Experience with .NET tools
  • Basic experience with scripting, such as PowerShell and Bash
  • Knowledge in JSON, YAML, XML, REST
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Desire to engage in continuous learning to ensure knowledge of latest DevOps technologies
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively

What we are considering as an advantage:

  • Basic understanding of Octopus Deploy ● Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes ● Software development background (C# / Java / Python) would be highly appreciated
