Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Understand new features, learn how they work, and document them in crisp, easy-tofollow language
- Own content projects from start to finish, understanding trade-offs while mitigating risks and measuring impact.
- Manage WordPress site
- Create online technical content for social media
What We Are Looking For
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Strong communication skills and fluent English C1-C2 (written and verbal)
- Basic familiarity with software development
- Knowledge of social analytics tools, online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels
- Attention to detail
