SAP iXp Intern – Technical Writer/User Assistance Developer

We are looking for a working student who likes to take the initiative and who is passionate about user experience to help us shape the future of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers in:
- Supporting production processes in the content management system (CMS)
- Collecting the feedback for our help content and sharing it with our team
- Helping technical writers with other technical tasks
- Taking part in usability research activities
- Providing product information, videos, blogs
- Testing and editing product documentation
